We have had a lot of success with these boots. The only horse we own which needs boots sometimes is Fari so he has been our chief tester. We have done a couple of 25 mile rides in them at all speeds, including gallop. The pictures opposite show the state of the boots after a 8 mile ride at Marbury in Cheshire. This ride included optional jumps which Fari tackled in style. The boots afford pretty good traction even when jumping.
The photos to the left show one of the endurance rides we used Renegades on. They came home pretty clean this time! The horses Fari rode with, including our very own Jesta, were all barefoot for these rides and there were a lot of stones.
Renegades can do hunter trials too! Fari whizzed around this course in North Wales which included a gallop up a stony track, hence the reason he wore Renegades.
And just in case you think this is all a bit far fetched! How about trampolining :0).
