Endurance GB, Tebay 40 km, grade two, average speed 12.1 kph, starting heart rate 50 , (he had a panic in the trailer 15 minutes before!) finishing heart rate 43.

Then we ramped it up to a 42 km two weeks later on Saturday and a 43 km on Sunday at the Cheshire Frolic and won best condition on the Sunday after riding 85km totally barefoot. Way ta go Moo!

Then because he did so well the next week we went to Mansfield and rode the 50 km but did an extra few kilometres due to rider error, oooppps.

So the total mileage for May was 175 km. Next ride is 64 km!
