I only potter doing riding club stuff, nothing high powered, but we have a lot of fun. He's placed virtually every time out show-jumping, winning quite a few classes and has represented and been placed in riding club area show-jumping teams. He also qualified for the North West Show-jumping Champs, not as grand as it sounds, just qualifying classes at local riding clubs, but nice to have qualified for.
We've only been out doing dressage 3 times when he was a little younger, but have come back with two firsts and a third, my first time competing too so not too bad for the blind leading the blind! He got 74% last time out.
We have done a couple of hunter trials as well but these usually clash with fun rides and it's no contest for me really I'd much rather do a fun ride, less stress!
