June 07
Supplemented on seaweed, magnesium and brewers yeast
June 11 - above (inserts June 07)
Supplemented on minerals (but no seaweed or brewers yeast) with tightly balanced ratios to the forage eaten. Pay special attention to the mane and tail colour in comparison to the June 07 inserts. Does your horse need to have a coat which fades through the summer or could it be the mineral levels in his or her diet are less than adequate? A rather pasty orange colour has been replaced with a richer more mahogany chestnut. What did we change? We had our forage analysed and balanced the minerals fed closely to that profile.

Above June 2009 when we were still supplementing with brewers yeast, seaweed and magnesium. To the left June 2011 with minerals balanced to forage! We’ll leave you with just one thought; if balancing minerals to forage makes that much difference to the mane, tail and coat how much difference is it going to make to your horse’s health, hooves, muscles, ligaments and performance? We’ll leave you to ponder that one and if you have any questions go to www.forageplus.com for answers!
